The hotel seemed well looked after with friendly and helpful staff. It's out of town and has a secluded feel (which was part of why we chose it), but it was easy to get a taxi to and from the centre, as well as directly to both sides of the falls; the onsite restaurant also serves a good variety of options (especially in the evening) with a solid, reasonably priced wine list and is open pretty much all day. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty cool on the day we had left free to use the pool, but to my hand, the water temperature seemed pretty reasonable for a warm day (in September). The room was spacious with a nice balcony amongst the trees and a mini bar. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if we were to revisit the falls.

Restaurant was great, the breakfast was good with fruit, cheese and ham, and pastries options, besides coffee, yoghurt, etc. Dinner service was also great - had the best bife de chorizo of the trip, including Buenos Aires. The staff was super attentive and welcoming. Their taxi service was good and cheaper than the ones downtown - ask for Juan! The pool was a nice addition where you could chill at the end of the day with a beautiful sunset view in the middle of the jungle.

Cristobal

Surrounded by jungle, we saw flocks of toucans in the mornings from the room's balcony. The swimming pool offered a fantastic place to chill and relax after coming back from the full-day long walks in the natural parks. On the last day, we used booked the jacuzzi for the time after checkout and before leaving for the airport (the jacuzzi had an extra ~€7 cost, but that's cheap I think), and left fully relaxed after a beautiful short holiday.

This is a lovely property out in the jungle. We watched butterflies and birds from the window in our room. The staff in the restaurant and the front desk were amazing and so was the transport service that took us to the airport in Brazil. It’s unfortunate that it was raining so that we couldn’t enjoy the pool.

Robbie

A nice hotel with a jungle feel, large comfortable bed, very quiet. Very nice restaurant with a lot of choices, and many gluten free options.
